Step 1: Buy All Butter
Puff pastry can be made at home however, all butter store bought puff pastry is excellent and, very easy to work with. Remove puff from box. Unfold onto a lightly floured work surface. Very gently, roll out dough to the desired thickness. Be careful not to roll too thin.
