Chop the tops off a couple of cloves of garlic and place on and folded piece of aluminum foil. Along with the garlic, place some fresh thyme, then drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the top. Fold up the ends of the foil making a pouch and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350º.
