You can bring in pops of color with linens, but also try hanging colored fabric sashes from above. In lieu of chandeliers, make tissue paper flowers and hang them over your table. Aluminum pails can make great planters, and a regular wheelbarrow can act as a functional and mobile cooler for drinks.
