There's nothing like Christmas tree decorating to get you -- and your home! -- in the holiday mood.

Step 1: Kid Themed Tree
Using needle and thread make a garland string out of colored gumballs; for ornaments buy inexpensive toys in bulk (like toy soldiers) and spray-paint them like the gumballs.

Step 2: Man Themed Tree
Go to your hardware store and buy chain length for garland, pulleys, lures, skeleton keys, etc.; try and buy in brass if possible.

Step 3: Vintage Themed Tree
Using items from in and around the house like cotton balls, wheat, berries--- just like they did in the old days; use electric candles though we don’t want any fires!
