Temperature Makes a Difference
Not all food is created equal. Curtis Stone shares his trade secrets about why serving foods at their proper temperatures will bring out the best flavors from each item. From warm, gooey cookies to soft, room temperature cheeses, temperature makes a world of tasty difference.
-
Step 1: Cheese
Cheese has to be served at room temperature, it will spread easier and the flavors will really open up. If you serve cheese cold the flavors are inhibited.
-
Step 2: Watermelon
Watermelon is great on a hot summer day especially when it's ice cold!!

Step 3: Cookies
There is nothing like cookies right out of the oven and an ice-cold glass of milk!

Cookies are definitely better when warm!

October 07 2012 at 7:18 PM Report abuse Permalink +1 rate up rate down ReplyIn fact, there are some foods I'm sure which stress to serve WARM or COLD because of certain conditions. The environment in one's house may also have something to do with it. As well, if one's NOT careful, one can suffer from FOOD POISONING.
