How to Roast Garlic

Curtis roasts a whole head of garlic, transforming it into soft, spreadable pieces that are perfect for sauces, meats, paninis, vegetables and more.

Step 1: Cut Top
Cut the top off entire head of garlic leaving the skin on.

Step 2: Foil
Place the head on a piece of aluminum foil on a cooking tray.

Step 3: Spice and Oil
Sprinkle some salt, fresh ground pepper and fresh thyme followed by a drizzle of olive oil over the garlic.

Step 4: Pouch
Cinch up the foil, making a pouch, and place the tray in your oven for 45 minutes at 400ยบ.

Step 5: Squeeze
When done, unwrap the foil and squeeze the heart at the bottom so that the garlic gets pushed out. Use as a spread, mix into mayo the uses are endless.
