How to Make Healthy Dips

Featured pro:
Category: CookingHealthy Foods

Curtis Stone demonstrates how easy it is to make healthy, flavorful dips using simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. From a zesty yogurt dip to a versatile bean dip, the possibilities are endless.

Step 1: Yogurt Based
Using naturally sweet yogurt add some diced cucumber, lemon zest with a bit of lemon juice and fresh chopped dill. Use with seafood or chopped veggies for a delicious healthy dip.

Step 2: Bean Based
Into a food processor, place a large portion of chickpeas, add some tahini (sesame paste), 2 cloves garlic, cumin, lemon juice and a bit of spinach for color. Blend thoroughly then mix in some extra virgin olive oil and fresh ground pepper. Enjoy!
