Category: Cooking

Entertaining during the busy holiday season is easy with Curtis Stone's trade secrets for making holiday food platters.

Step 1: Large Platters
Crudités, cold meat, vegetables and your main course-- they allow you to serve the and still have time to enjoy yourself.

Step 2: Crudités
Just chop up some raw vegetables and serve with maybe a wonderful tzatziki dip. Important to remember to have back-up veggies and dip so you can replenish as needed.

Step 3: Cold Meat Platter
Serve maybe some sliced deli meats or some smoked salmon along with fresh bread.

Step 4: Vegetables
Serve vegetables that go well together on the same platter. Put your carrots with your potatoes and your beans with your Brussels sprouts.

Step 5: Main Course
You want to be able to show off your work so be sure to just slice a few pieces of meat off the main dish before serving then do the rest tableside as needed.
