How to Make Flavored Butter

Curtis Stone shares his trade secret for creating flavored butter in minutes.

Step 1: Stick of Butter
Add one stick of room temperature butter to a bowl, then spread it around with a rubber spatula.

Step 2: Flavors
To the bowl add some chopped garlic, chopped parsley and some lemon zest.

Step 3: Sausage
Roll your butter in a piece of plastic wrap into a sausage shape.

Step 4: Chill
Stick in the fridge, let harden, and then cut off into discs for use as flavoring over steaks or fish. Remember to remove the plastic wrap from disc.
