Goji berries? Brown rice flour? Coconut flour? Lolololol, this man has never dealt with feeding small children, and probably never put in a 12 hour day prior to cooking dinner. I could put a tasty meal for several unexpected guests on the table in under an hour from the contents of my pantry, fridge and freezer, and it wouldn't involve anything you couldn't buy at your local grocery store on your weekly visit.

He should see my pantry. His has way too many pickles (all that salt) the jars of food wouldn't last more than a week if he was feeding a family. Is he just feeding himself?

Hi BulldogandRex

I think is just an example...I am sure you could stock it however you want with your own favorite things. Those were just basics for him.

I loved his pantry layout...but this was really a gourmet pantry for a bachelor...not very realistic if you are on a budget or if you have kids...just saying

Corina...yes he said Stevia. You can find it at a health food store or at Whole Foods if you have that store near you. Stevia has a laxative effect, he didn't mention that. Stevia is expensive. Personally, I don't even like the taste.

This is not a pantry that I've ever seen before. He has some good ideas but this is just not realistic for today's lifestyle, the pantry could be much more streamlined and still be healthy....kimchee? dried mushrooms? Various pickles? and all that canning....who in heck does that--who has time??
