How to Cook for a Crowd

Featured pro:
Category: Cooking

Curtis Stone shares his trade secret for getting organized and planning how to cook for a crowd while still being able to enjoy yourself at your own party!

Step 1: Prepare
The last thing you want when you have company is to be stuck in the kitchen. The way around that is to prepare.

Step 2: Drinks
Make some pitchers of drinks before guests arrive so they can serve themselves.

Step 3: Salads
Prepare a salad, it's fresh and you don't have to serve it.

Step 4: Main Dish
Serve a main dish that you can make ahead of time like lasagna or chili, they taste great and your guests can help themselves.
