Tyler shares his red hot tips for cooking with different types of peppers.

Step 1: Banana Pepper
All purpose pepper with a little bit of chili heat but they are not going to blow your head off.

Step 2: Red Pepper
Sweet when roasted over grill and used in a lot of Italian cooking.

Step 3: Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Used in Jamaican and Caribbean style cooking really hot. The general rule with peppers is the smaller the pepper the bigger the punch.

Step 4: Anaheim Pepper
Used in Latin American cooking , delicious raosted, they can also be stuffed to make Chili Relleno.

Step 5: Habanero Pepper
Super Hot!!! Great flavor bit to control the heat when cooking it's a good idea to remove the seeds. Remember to be careful when handling peppers to wash your hand completely.

Step 6: Jalapeño Pepper
Great for cooking or combine with chopped tomatoes, onions, lime juice, olive oil and fresh cilantro for a great salsa.
